You will receive an e mail confirmation that your entry has been received, sent to the address you entered on the form.
When your submission is accepted, you will receive a username and password by e mail. This allows you to access your entry and edit your details in the future. To log on and edit your entry, please go to the Database Registration page, where you will find a link called "Edit your details"
